i'm a little behind writing up your update, as everyone but daddy has been a little under the weather at some point over the last two+ weeks (c even had to miss a day of school!). my apologies. but i did manage, at least, take a couple photos of you on your 17 month birthday.
...run to brush your teeth each night
...tell us where you want to eat your meals with a simple "here" and point (usually at the picnic table) and you rarely sit and eat
...only "nay-nah" (=nurse) twice a day (with the exception of these last few days of sickness) and ask for "pow" (=pouch as is squeeze pouch) anytime anyone opens to refrigerator
...like to take the lids off the paint cups for the easel. using your teeth. smh
...LOVE your "bay-bee" (cabbage patch)
...got to take your first bubble bath, thanks to daddy
...LOVE to wear your "hah" (=hat), probably thanks to your brother and his love for hats
..."dance", nod your head and clap at the sound of music
...are really into the little sesame street books that carter used to love
...and...
...still love wagon rides, but especially love getting out at the (currently dried up) pond by the picnic tables
